Owen has had some serious spit up issues the past few days. I had to run to the vet clinic before work to take care of a sick pup, so I decided to feed Owen at church before it started. Bad idea. He puked all over both of us, so I changed his outfit and rubbed it into my outfit (dont judge me till you have a kiddo!). However, he decided to puke AGAIN. needless to say, we went home. He hasnt been near as bad lately, but it was crazy there for a bit. I dont know what I would have done without the extra burp cloths mom sent. I do so much dang laundry around here!
On a good note, Owen has slept through the night the past few nights! Wahoo! It may just be a phase, but he is doing it pretty consistently. We'll see.. I'm just not getting my hopes up!
I'm totally bummed that Jason kicked Jillian off of the Bachelor last night. She was perfect for him... well, not according to Nathan. He thinks that He and Jason were made for eachother. When Jason said the he likes hamburgers and peanut/chocolate ice cream, Nathan said "we were made for each other!" And you think he's kidding folks, but he's not! Nathan loves Jason.
It's cold here again and I absolutely hate it! Though I do love wearing sweats around the house, cold weather completely prevents me from going out of the house. At least when it starts warming up, Owen will be a little more excited about going to the park and such. Ah I cant wait!
Guess I should start reading for my classes this semester. I was about to say that I just don't have enough time, then I realized that I've had plenty of time to write this blog... oops!
Here are the videos- the first is Owen laying on his tummy doing nothing. The last 5 seconds are funny though: you'll have to watch it to find out! The second one is just him licking his hands and talking to himself. Enjoy family!

Might wanna consider sending that one in to America's Funniest Home Videos! And if I may make a request, could you please videotape yourself reading owen a book. That'd be fantastic! Literacy starts at birth!
ReplyDeleteAbout Nathan and Jason, lol... I wanted to CRY the other night as well when he voted off Jillian! IDIOT! That was actually the first bad decision I think he's made all season. The rest of his cuts have been supurb!

Those of us who have kids love to watch videos of other little ones. It is so easy to forget all the cute grunts and noises they make at that age. Plus as an added bonus we get to hear you!!!
