lazy rainy day

im glad that titus, owen, and i got a good walk in before it started pouring. its been raining a lot here lately, but i like it. hopefully our grass will start to look better, since its mostly dead from the ice storms this past winter. owen and i were very productive yesterday and swept out the garage. well, i swept the garage while owen sat in his bumbo and tried to eat his foot. heres a quick video of that... yes, i have him in his bumbo up on a rubbermaid thing. dont judge me!



so i enjoyed pulling weeds the first two days that i did it, but now its just getting old! i never should have let them get so crazy. ive just never really had a house where i had to do yardwork, so this is all new to me! once those weeds are up, i will be much more excited about the yard. meanwhile, owen got his first ride on titus. (he's still wearing the lampshade since he got neutered!)
here are a few pictures from our easter weekend. we had a fun lunch with our friends, aaron and krista, who went to the university of texas. they have an 11 week old girl named grace. shes so sweet!

ok, owen is sleeping so i should definitely be getting more done. i just start feeling so guilty when i dont blog often enough!
