my boys

what a horrible day for my boys. nathan is just working, so thats not any different. buuuut, titus got neutered this morning :( nathan and i planned on breeding him because he is so beautiful and has a couple champions in his pedigree. however, with the arrival of owen and our busy schedules, breeding seemed a little out of the picture. SO, since i still work at the vet clinic on occasion, i went ahead and scheduled him for a neuter. my favorite doctor, dr brockman, did it, and i even convinced him to do a scrotal ablation. sounds exciting, eh? it was a lot of work, but now titus wont have a big emtpy thing back there. ok, TMI!

owen also had his 4 month appt today and got his shots. he did wonderful this time, only cried for about 5 seconds. hes a tough guy. needless to say, both of my boys are sleeping. heres a picture of titus with the toy that nana sent him in the mail. it was perfect that it arrived on the day of his surgery! but, this is the first time i have ever seen titus not get up and run in circles when he gets a new toy. he will in a few days. hes content to lay with it right now.

so owen has been SO wiggly lately! i love that he has energy, but im constantly having to watch him like crazy! here are some of the fun positions he has ended up in lately. ah i love this kid!

meanwhile, i cant WAIT to go to florida while nathan is in nepal. its only like a month away! almost 2 weeks in the sunshine state with grandma and grandpa. yay!
